Samara Karoo Reserve offers two lodges. The Karoo Lodge is a renovated farmhouse with a veranda. The Manor House features an infinity pool. All units include air-conditioning, a patio, and tea-and-coffee making facilities.

The malaria-free Samara Karoo Reserve is near Graaff-Reinet in the Great Karoo. Port Elizabeth is a 2.5-hour drive away. A private airstrip is located 20 minutes' drive from the lodges. The reserve offers airport pick-up and drop-off services.
